Choose Speed Test provider

Please provide a capability to choose a Speed test provider. I am thinking Fast.com and Speedtest.net right now, but others too.

  Stratusphere is currently using Speedtest.net. Many clients have asked for a speed test to the Stratusphere system that is in their datacenter. This is also under review in the dev team.
