Problem:
Default Registry Value in a layered FlexApp causes the Start Menu and Search Box to stop functioning.
Symptoms:
This issue can be seen even when packages are captured on a properly optimized FlexApp host machine.
When editing the FlexApp in the FlexApp Packaging Console, you see the empty (Default) REG_SZ value in Registry > HKLM\Software regkey.
Solution:
Delete the (Default) value and save the package.
This value will be excluded during playback/layering in a future build.
