Windows 7 6.5.x CID Agent - Failed to connect to a windows service

Problem:

Installing 6.5.x CID on Windows 7 triggers a windows Start Up error message like below:

A change to the .NET libraries was implemented deeming the agent service incompatible with Win 7.

Possible resolution - On master or target end point:

1. Open service.msc, stop and change “Liquidware Data Service” to manual startup, restart system.
   1. This will stop the error message but also stop this service functionality.
2. Or, replace this service module with the attached build tntdatasvc, restart system.
   1. I would test this on a test windows 7 desktop before applying it to every machine.
   2. Extract the service module from the zipped file. (7zip)
   3. Remove or back up the existing module in C:\Program Files (x86)\Liquidware Labs\Connector ID\tntdatasvc.exe. Make sure to move it out of this directory or delete it.
   4. Replace with the attached .exe.
3. Or wait for our 6.6.0 release.
