Description: When setting pinned items for the start menu in Windows 11 23H2, the pinned items aren't being persisted across sessions, when using portability only
Possible Resolution:
Please download the JSON included in this KB and import it into Portability Management within the ProfileUnity Web console by going into Portability Management then click on the lightning icon and click import.
Afterwards, add the imported ruleset to a newly created ruleset within the currently used configuration's Portability Settings by going to the module and click Add Portability Setting Rule.
It will now work after the next logoff/saved session
