Problem:
If you have issues uninstalling local software on persistent (physical) machines while apps are layered AND minifiltermode doesn’t help (https://www.liquidware.com/support/articles/360029912591-Change-cbfltfs4-to-run-in-MiniFilter-Mode) See following possible resolution.
Resolution:
You can try editing the existing packages on the FlexApp Packaging Console (or clone and edit new packages) and remove the following registry keys if they exist,
* HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders
* HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs
* HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders
* HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs
Once done assign updated packages and test.
