Problem:
When user un-checks Outlook Add-in to enable it or disable it the setting is not saving.
Resolution:
Use ProfileUnity Portability Management to capture this registry key:
Add to Outlook Mapi Ruleset:
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
Save and update your configuration
