Problem:
Users are getting "Login to ProfileUnity License Server Failed, No Users available. Please contact your system administrator" on the desktop after logon.
Description:
Resolution:
There could be two reasons for this message:
1) The 30 day Evaluation license has expired and ProfileUnity console needs to be "Acvitated"
Please refer to this KB for ProfileUnity activation: How to Activate My New ProfleUnity License
2) The limit of allowed used licenses is breached. Please contact your representative to obtain updated license.
Note: This message does not have any negative effect on logon or functionality of ProfileUnity.
