Problem:
Stratusphere fails to boot on XenServer when using certain CPU's. This issue is a XenServer issue in that it seems their PV driver does not support this new change required to mitigate the Spectre lazy FPU vulnerability. Symptom:
May receive the following error in the console:
PCI: Fatal: No config space access function found
Possible resolution:
Add these boot options to your Stratusphere VM: eagerfpu=off
