Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016 DIA Playback error: "Error 1406. Setup cannot write to value AllPatches to the registry key"

On playback of Microsoft Office DIA application there is an error: "Error 1406. Setup cannot write to value AllPatches to the registry key..."
