Problem:
ProfileUnity Client might not be able process configuration, also AD filters will not work with Sent
Symptoms:
No Configuration is process, ProfileUnity splash screen is not running. Rules which are configured with ProfileUnity filters using AD groups are not processing.
Possible Resolution(s):
All or some of those items might be necessary for ProfileUnity to work with S1 software agent.
1) Use this list to exclude directories/processes in S1 software:
Note: Attached to this KB is S1VDIexclusions2.txt available for download. (Please modify first line of the txt)
2) (If AD Group Filter issue is present) S1 Support can modify the SentinelInstaller_windows_v2_6_4_5961.exe agent installer with option "gent.propagateInjectionExclusionToDescendants" set to True.
3) Exclude these for version of ProfileUnity before (6.8) (usually to fix AD Group Filter issue):
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\*.exe
- C:\windows\syswow32\*.exe
