Problem:
On a non-English OS clients the ProfileUnity client exits after initializing and does not process any modules.
Symptoms:
The behavior is similar to the behavior seen when the licensed group cannot be read from AD.
Possible Resolution(s):
There will need to be a registry entry added to your GPO.
