Symptoms:

Using same credentials via a tool like cloud berry shows credentials are valid.
Possible Resolution(s):
This can be changed on the ProfileUnity server by adding in a new system level variable.
1. Delete any existing failed credential checks from the administration>cloud storage
2. Open system properties on ProfileUnity server and go to Environmental variables.
3. Create a new system variable call PROU_S3_REGION as seen in screenshot below with correct instance value.

4. Restart the 2 Liquidware Services or reboot
5. Create a new guided setup for Amazon S3 and test your credentials
