Problem:
File association window shows up every logon.
Symptoms:
" How do you want to open this file? " message appears on the screen during the logon process.
In this case it is .vbs file requesting a user choice.
Possible Resolution(s):
To suppress the message change the following setting in your Local Group Policy Editor
1. Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> File Explorer -> "Do not show the 'new application installed' notification
2. Click enabled and enter file extension that causes the window to show up (in this case .vbs)
