End-of-Life For Versions of ProfileUnity

Please refer to the following chart for the current Full Support, Limited Support, and End-of-Life (EOL) versions of ProfileUnity.

Support for third-party components in ProfileUnity/FlexApp is limited once those components reach end-of-life. Liquidware cannot address security vulnerabilities in third-party components that are no longer supported by their vendors.

Starting with version 6.8.6, please review the updated EOL dates, including functional component version EOL timelines.

Current & Upcoming EOL Versions (Still Supported)

These versions are currently within their Full Support or Extended Support window. Plan upgrades before their support end dates.

ℹ️ ProfileUnity 7.0 — .NET Framework 4.6.2 fully addressed
ProfileUnity 7.0, planned for release later in 2026, fully addresses the .NET Framework 4.6.2 end-of-life dependency across all components, including the ProfileUnity Management Console, FlexApp, and FPC.
⚠️  Rows marked with ⚠ have one or more dates that have already passed. Versions 6.8.6.8711 and 6.8.4.8077 reached their Full Support end date on December 31, 2025. .NET Core 6.x and the MongoDB version shipped with 6.8.6 builds have also reached vendor end-of-life. .NET Framework 4.6.2 (used by all versions for Client Tools, FlexApp, and FPC) reaches end of life January 12, 2027.

Already End-of-Life Versions

These versions have passed their Extended Support end dates and are fully End of Life. No further fixes or patches will be issued. Customers on these versions should upgrade to 6.8.7 R2 immediately to restore support coverage.
