Problem:
Active Directory, or LDAP, users that were manually added access to ProfileUnity Console are unable to logon if their common name doesn't match their username. When attempting to login, the error below is received:
Resolution:
Option 1: Grant access to a group of which the user is a member.
Option 2: Manually type in their full UPN and click on the manual entry instead of the result returned from AD.
