Problem:
CAC card authentication is enabled, see Security Addendum document. Attempting to upload an image file to the Upgrades tab of Stratusphere fails with a "Request Entity to Large" error.
Possible resolution:
For version 6.7+, use Stratusphere Error 431 Uploading Report Template or img Files to the HUB.
If that fails, run the steps below to manually upload the image.
- Connect to the hub with a SCP client such as WinSCP as the default user (friend/ec2-user/azureuser)
- SCP the upgrade image file to /var/tmp of the hub.
- SSH or console into the hub the following commands to mount the image file:

sudo bash
/opt/lwl/bin/lwl-upgrade-image -i -o -f /var/tmp/*.img && rm -f /var/tmp/*img

- Bring up the Hub menu by running lwl command and choose U, U options to start the upgrade. Consult the relevant upgrade guide and follow best practices such as taking snapshots of the hub and DB, monitoring the console status (cat /tmp/status), etc. Stratusphere Documents page
