Problem:
My XenApp server reports are missing many user's processes.
Symptoms:
Incomplete user data reports
Possible Resolution(s):
It is necessary to modify CID key settings to capture and inspect 100% of XenApp server's processes.
Step 1) Log in to the Administration portion of the HUB and select "Inventory", "Machines" tab.
Step 2) Search for your XenApp server's in "Search" (Optional: Click "Groups" and select a group of servers).

Step 3) Click the check box next to one of the servers and click edit button.

Step 4) Select "Connector ID Key Properties" Tab
Step 5) Change value in "Processes" to "100" for all XenApp servers. (Inspect top 100 % of all processes by usage.)

Step 6) Select "Save Changes"
