Problem: I have installed the "Connector ID" which I downloaded from my Stratusphere hub but I don't see any data. What could be the problem? How can I troubleshoot where is my connector ID trying to connect.
Symptoms:
No data from Connector ID found in Stratusphere FIT/UX
Possible Resolution(s):
On the sytem where the Connector ID is installed open "mgrcert.pem" from C:\Program Files (x86)\Liquidware Labs\Connector ID\ca\public
The first line will show where the Connector ID is trying to connect:
Example:
- Please verify that this domain/IP address is pingable. It is also communicating with the Stratusphere using TCP/IP port 443
- This line shoud match the webpage address of your Statusphere UX/FIT appliance.
If this information is incorrect it needs to be updated in "Appliance Network Configuration" page within your Strausphere found @
Configuration>Edit Network Configuration
Example:
Edit your "DNS Name:" to reflect the DNS or IP of your StratusphereUX/FIT appliance. Save Changes.
Option A) Uninstall your current Connector ID and install the new Connector ID downloaded (after the change) from Appliance.
Option B) Manually update the "mgrcert.pem" file and restart Connector ID service
A) ConnectorID Configuraion Found in Controll Panel Status>Stop/Start Connector ID
or
by running "C:\Program Files(x86)\Liquidware Labs\Connector ID\tntcpl.exe" Status>Stop/Start Connector ID
Note: In the same window "Connector ID Configuration" you should see "Last Successful Contact: <Date>
