Zoom settings do not persists in Internet Explorer ( IE )

Symptoms:

Internet Explorer Zoom (View) setting default to 100% every time the user logs off 

Possible Resolution(s):

1. Open your "Portability Management" and edit your Internet Explorer Rule.
2. Include the following registry key.
