Problem: ProfileUnity log-off process timeout after 10 minutes ( 600 seconds )
Symptoms:
ProfileUnity logoff process consistently fails after 10 minutes during ProfileUnity log-off process execution. Such a long log off time can occur when there is a very large file to capture (tested on over 1GB file).
Possible Resolution(s):
The most common reason of the problem is the Group Policy (GP) setting that specifies the log-off time out. There is a setting in GP that determines how long the system waits for scripts applied by Group Policy to run. As a result of the GP logoff timeout setting, ProfileUnity logoff process consistently fails after 10 minutes from ProfileUnity executing on logoff.
The following article determines the reason of the time out at log-off, and it explains how to change this setting.
