Problem:
Liquidware Labs support has requested a configuration PDF for troubleshooting purposes.
Resolution:
- Log in to the ProfileUnity Management Console.
- Click Configuration Management on the left.
- Click the PDF download link to the right of the configuration. Save the PDF locally and attach it to a reply to one of the emails from your case, or create a new case in the support portal and attach the report.
