When Liquidware Technical Support requests a configuration PDF for troubleshooting, follow the steps below to export it from the ProfileUnity Management Console and attach it to your support case.
Steps
- Log in to the ProfileUnity Management Console.
- Click Configuration Management in the left navigation panel.
- Locate your configuration in the list, then click the View in PDF icon to the right of the configuration name.
The View in PDF icon is located to the right of each configuration row.
- Save the PDF locally, then attach it to your support case one of the following ways:
- Reply to an email from your existing case and attach the PDF.
- Log in to support.liquidware.com and attach it directly to your open case.
