Problem:
CommandCTRL agent doesn't register to the tenant after installation.
Resolution:
This can happen if the time on the endpoint is off.
Option 1
You may see an entry like the following in the metricmonitor_live.log (Log location = C:\Program Files\Liquidware\CommandCTRL)
2023-08-17T21:31:24Z ERR agent timestamp is old
2023-08-17T21:31:24Z ERR could not publish start data: error posting live agent: 400 Bad Request
Correct the time or make sure to sync time to a time server.
Once complete either restart the Liqudware CommandCTRL agent service or reboot the machine.
