Clustering - Error adding third cluster node: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Problem: 

Unable to add a third, or subsequent, node to a ProfileUnity 6.8.5 cluster, the error presented is "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." on the second step of the process.

Resolution:

Check if your environment is assigning IPv6 addresses via an IPv6-enabled DHCP scope.  If so, disabling IPv6 on each of your ProfileUnity console nodes' network interfaces will allow clustering to proceed.

Check Liquidware Labs Licensing Service - Is it running? If not start the service manually.

Can all consoles access this page?

Try all PU consoles accessing all PU consoles.

Login using prou_services account (password was setup during the ProfileUnity console installation) 

On the pop-up login box, login with the prou_services account and password. 

The correct output should look like this:
