Description
After logging into a ProfileUnity RDSH machine, a User sees a blank/generic icon named “..” appear on their Desktop.
Resolution
For ProfileUnity Users…
This icon can appear when other User’s are logging into the same RDSH machine or other Users are playing back a Click-to-Layer FlexApp application. In either case, the icon should only be visible for a few moments, after which it will be removed automatically.
For Non-ProfileUnity FlexApp Users…
This icon can appear when ProfileUnity User’s are logging into the same RDSH or ProfileUnity Users are already logged in and are playing back a Click-to-Layer FlexApp application. In either case, the icon can be removed by simply having the non-ProfileUnity FlexApp User refresh the Desktop.
