Problem:
During logon to the desktop I get a message "Unable to Create Temp Environment! This is happening on Terminal server.
Symptoms:
Windows explorer opens on the desktop, some users will get disconnected immediately after getting to the desktop.
Possible Resolution(s):
This usually happens if there is a problem with userinit.exe getting launched twice.
Please check this registry key to make sure it does not have duplicate userinit.exe value in it:
