Problem:
After logging to a desktop, the desktop freezes and becomes unresponsive for 10-60 seconds.
Symptoms:
Trend Micro OfficeScan Antivirus is installed on the machine. No AV Exclusions are in place.
Possible Resolution(s):
1) Please add all ProfileUnity exclusions from this ProfileUnity KB to Trend Micro:
Antivirus Slows Logon While Scanning Of ProfileUnity Program Files And Directories.
2) Disable “Unauthorized Change Prevention Service” in Trend Micro Management Console.
