Problem:
When launching XenApp application from XenApp the application will not open.
"The Citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your administrator."
Folder redirection of "Desktop" is configured as part of ProfileUnity Configuration.
Symptoms:
Possible Resolution(s):
Because user's opening Citrix Applications don't actually open "Desktop" session, the shell folder does not need to be redirected.
- Disable Folder Redirection for "Desktop" in ProfileUnity configuration.
- Update and deploy updated configuration (ini)
